New servers, updates, etc

Been awhile since a news posting has been made, so might as well make one now with the fairly big changes that came lately.

We've been having some issues with splits the past month, while I worked to resolve them as best as I could, they were happening on too many servers than I was happy with randomly splitting.

While there weren't many options to this immediately available, at the moment more servers are up on the network now to definitely give a more 'broad' availability to clients, mainly Canada and Europe as we now have a Canadian server based in Toronto and another EU Server.

So welcoming to the list of alexisNet servers already here, are; Maple, Gizmo and Juno for the time being (have one other server on the list for adding too, but its sorta having issues already).

A more dedicated EU hub will be getting setup in the middle of next week as well, in which the old one will be turned into a leaf server giving us a total of 4 Client/Leaf EU Servers at that time.

And last but not least, welcoming back Brandon and Manami onto network staff
